Shipping And Handling
Goods are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and UK yarn orders over £80.00 have free shipping.
Provided your item is in stock we will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days after payment has cleared, please allow 15 days before contacting us. Should your item not be in stock we will inform you by email and place it on back-order - if on backorder please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery.
Pre-order yarns may take 2-3 weeks delivery.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by the postal delivery service, as these are out of our control.
All items purchased from Twisted Stitches online store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title of such items pass to the customer upon delivery to Royal Mail. Any claims for loss in transit must be made to the relevant carrier.
